What is the All-American Contest?

The All-American Contest showcases the "best of the best" from each McDonald's Restaurant.  The contest is held in different phases and starts out at the restaurant level.  An in-store competition is held to find the best fry person, Beverage Specialist, and Shift Manager.  The winner then goes on to compete with others in the same position at a competition between 4-7 stores hosted by the Area Supervisor.  The Area Supervisor then chooses one person from each area to represent them at the Southwest, Michigan competition.  The Portage Restaurant is very proud to have two employees represent us by winning the restaurant competition as well as winning the Area Supervisor's Competition and representing us at the Plainwell McDonald's for the Southwest, MI competition on Saturday, May 9, 2009.  Check out the pictures of the winners below!
