CREW NEWSLETTER

 

 

Crew Development

We offer crew trainer classes that focus on leadership and team building.  At each store it is our goal to train and certify at least 8 crew trainers.  This position is a great step towards hourly management.  The requirements are ratings of good or better on your performance reviews.  Once certified you earn an additional $.25 per hour.

Management Development

Every three months we start a new hourly management development class.  The new class will begin in April and will finish in June.  

Scholarship Opportunities

S.E.M.M.O.A. Employee Scholarship Program is offering 30 individual $1,000 scholarships to eligible McDonald's hourly employees who have shown outstanding ability at school, in their communitities and at work. 

Current Contests

1. Organizational Incentive-  The store with the highest drive thru transaction increase.  In addition, if the store hits 120TTL or lower and 40KVS or lower they will also recieve individual store prizes.

95% or better = $150

Crew person and Manager of the month

Each month your management team will select one crew person from your store to win $25. 

You have to meet the following criteria minimally to win:

Always on time or early for your shifts

Wear a complete neat uniform (tie, hat, ironed/stain free shirt tucked in, and dark work slacks)

Customer focused (friendly, polite, helpful, fast, and accurate)

Team orientated- you must work well with others

Follow procedures

Takes initiative
