Crew Development
Fall crew trainer classes have begun. If you are interested please speak with your supervisor. These classes are very exciting and focus on leadership and team building.
In addition at each store it is our goal to train and certify at least 8 crew trainers. This position is a great step towards hourly management. The requirements are ratings of good or better on your performance reviews. Once certified you earn an additional $.25 per hour.
We are also about half way through our Shift Management Development classes. These classes take eligible crew and train them to manage an area or an entire shift.

Crew person and Manager of the month
Each month your management team will select one crew person from your store to win $25.
You have to meet the following criteria minimally to win:
Always on time or early for your shifts
Wear a complete neat uniform (tie, hat, ironed/stain free shirt tucked in, and dark work slacks)
Customer focused (friendly, polite, helpful, fast, and accurate)
Team orientated- you must work well with others
Follow procedures
Takes initiative
