Store Manager = Steven Monroe

Hello,My name is Steven Monroe. I am the store manager of our fabulous restaurant. When I was 14 years old, I was hired here as a crew person. Fortunately for me, this store was very flexible with their scheduling and I was able to work here all the way thru High School. As I worked here, I wanted more and more responsibilities and my managers noticed. I was promoted again and again. At first I was a crew person but soon I was promoted to a crew leader, then to a shift manager. But I didn't stop there. I always wanted to learn more and move up the McDonald's latter. Just a few years ago, I was promoted to an assistant manager yet I still wasn't done. About a year and a half ago, I was promoted to the store manager. What an honor it was to be in charge of one of the busiest McDonalds in the state of Michigan. But I still wasn't done!I never stopped believing in myself and I always wanted to learn more and more and be giving more and more responsibilities. I was promoted yet again to a general manager. I still am in charge of the 50's, however, I am also in charge of several other McDonalds. I am still not done, my goal is to one day be a supervisor of many McDonalds and then to one day, own my own!
