  This McDonald's restaurant offers crew employees the Starbridge health plan through CIGNA. You can choose different levels of health coverage based on your needs with different rates based on if you are single or have a family. You also have the option of purchasing a dental/vision discount plan as well. AFLAC is also available to all of our employees.

• McDirect Shares

  Interested in stock? The McDirect Shares program allows McDonald's employees to purchase common stock through payroll deductions. You can start purchasing McDonald's stock for as little as $20 per month!

• Paid Vacation

  Managers can earn 2 weeks of vacation after 1 year! You can watch your weeks of vacation grow as you reach milestone years of service with McDonald's.

• Paid Holidays

  Full-time hourly managers are eligible to receive 4 paid holidays per year.

• College Credit

  As you continue to grow with the company you will be required to complete management classes. These classes can also be counted toward college credit!
