We provide a minimum of two sets of uniforms, more for those working over 30 hours.

All scheduled employees are entitled to a free meal after their shift.

Every six months a performance and wage review will be conducted on all crew. It is our policy to pay and promote based on performance.

We like to promote from within. If you master your station skills and display the initiative and leadership we are looking for, a management opportunity may await you.

On pay day, no need to come to the restaurant to get your check, we'll deposit it directly into your account.

The company will match a contributing employee on a dollar-for-dollar basis up to 4% of salary. Eligibility requirements include: one year of service, age 21, and at least 1,000 hours per year.

After 4 months on the job, you may be eligible to apply for a national or local Employee Scholarship.
