Description: As a crew member your primary duty will be to deliver customers hot fresh product with great hospitality and speedy service. Duties will include serving customers at the front counter or drive thru and cooking in the grill. All crew members clean and maintain their areas and work as a team to ensure customers recieve a memorable visit.

Description: As a manager you will manage people, product, and equipment to execute outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value (QSC&V) on assigned shifts, to deliver optimum business results for area(s) of accountability. Some key accountabilities include but are not limited to: People; crew training and development, know and enforce all appropriate personnel policies,and labor laws, display leadership behaviors, coach crew on an ongoing basis. QSC/Salesbuilding; complete all shift duties and communicate with managers and crew to ensure great customer service and repeat visits. Safety/Sanitation/Security; properly executes, enforces and manages all food safety and sanitation requirements and practices. Ensures all security procedures are executed. Profit; Controls food components, labor, waste, cash and while managing shifts and/or areas. Administration; Ensures wage and hour policies and procedures are followed, completes assigned shift paperwork.
